FR&A

The Foreign Relations & Affairs branch (FR&A) plays a vital role in the diplomatic and intelligence operations of the GOC. They are responsible for managing public relations, forging alliances with other sites and GOIs, and resolving diplomatic disputes. In addition, they protect GOC operations from hostile raids and potential threats. Without their efforts, the risk of an all-out war would be imminent. By conducting thorough espionage and counterintelligence operations, the FR&A is able to identify and monitor emerging threats long before they can impact the GOC’s security.

In their role as protectors of the GOC, the FR&A serves as the organization’s vigilant overseer, constantly assessing and addressing risks from rogue individuals or hostile factions. They gather essential military intelligence on known threats and counter any attempts to destabilize the GOC. Through proactive measures, such as uncovering covert plots and neutralizing potential dangers, the FR&A ensures that the GOC remains secure and can anticipate threats before they escalate into crises.

In 1972, a note was sent to the Coalition's Head, detailing GOC officials' corruption and operative misbehavior, as well as the disappearance of numerous significant GOC assets. The Human Intelligence & Operations was established as a direct result of this incident. They were sometimes referred to as the "secret police" of the GOC and were entrusted with investigating and eliminating corrupt officials inside the coalition. They are also responsible for protecting and safeguarding resources, such as facilities, supplies, and oddities. Their goal is to maintain the GOC stable both inside and outside the GOC, be the first to react to threats, and serve as the primary combative force for PSYCHE, handling everything from combat to investigation.

The HI&O are the main combative force for PSYCHE, ranging from combat to investigation, and to keep the GOC stable inside the GOC, always the first to respond to threats and eliminate them without them being noticed by the GOC. We pick the trusted and skilled operator to join the HI&O.
