The United Nations or (UN) is an organization formed by the unified countries of the world. Responsible for the creation of the Global Occult Coalition, the United Nations plays a role in the SCP universe through the protection of humanity. We are the guardians of our species. The United Nations is here to be a barricade between the radicals at the Foundation and the innocent civilians that would be subject to a terrible fate if these SCPs are released. Help the United Nations fight for your safety.
We are a group of elite scientists-for-hire that are commissioned directly by the [REDACTED]. We are tasked with the projects that either the regular scientific members can't be trusted to conduct, or projects that would require us to get our hands dirtier than the Ethics Committee would allow foundation personnel to.
Additionally, we work side-by-side with Foundation MTF during breaches, providing knowledge in getting Anomalous Objects to willingly cooperate when possible, and how to force them to when not. In case of an Extreme Emergency, we will be one of the main efforts to contribute to the evacuation of personnel along with the MTF deployed specifically for the Emergency.
Spearhead Logistics Incorporated (SLI) is a privately owned paramilitary logistics contractor involved in arms trading, covert transport, and piracy. With operational hubs across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, Spearhead is frequently linked to the global illicit arms trade, supplying advanced weaponry to both organizations and nation-states.
However, under Protocol Coventry, they maintain a neutral relationship with the Foundation, providing third-party logistics support in exchange for limited cooperation on anomalous research.
Spearhead designs, manufactures, and sources both standard and anomalous weaponry—ranging from small arms to heavy vehicles—primarily for clients in unstable regions. They're also known for navigating extra-terrestrial terrain, using it as part of their global transport network. A prime example is the Three Portlands, a pocket dimension with access points in Maine, Oregon, and the Isle of Portland in the UK.
Spearhead believes in getting the job done, no matter the obstacles, risks, or morals of the individual. Paychecks come in envelopes, not ethics.
FRIENDLY ALLIES
The Internal Security Department holds a special role within the Foundation. ISD has the official task of handling SCP Foundation personnel. ISD conducts the investigation, detainment, and interrogation of traitorous and corrupt individuals that officially work for the SCP Foundation.
The Internal Security Department does not work with the O5 Council; It does not work with the Security Department; It does not work with the Intelligence Agency. ISD is a department that watches all to ensure the safety and security within the ranks of the SCP Foundation.
Nu-7 is an Armed Mobile Task Force consisting of multiple battalion-strength armed forces consisting of six company-sized elements of English special operations infantry forces, as well as multiple international special operations infantry forces, a light armored vehicle company, tank platoon, helicopter squadron, chemical-biological-radiological-nuclear (CBRN) platoon, combat engineer platoon, nuclear weapon specialist (NWS) squad, plus additional combat specialist and support personnel.
Marshall, Carter and Dark, Ltd. is a high society club that specializes in the acquisition and sale of anomalous items, entities, and experiences. MC&D is generally non-confrontational and affable unless a group, such as the SCP Foundation, threatens their business dealings. Even so, they use their financial and political ties to achieve their goals. Foundation personnel have been known to have been paid off by MC&D in exchange for information or items.
The MTF Delta-3 “The Iron Arm of Zeus” is a result of joint operational, internal and external, forces determined as divisions. Once merged by the council to guarantee the efficiency as a unique Task Force. The gear badge reinforces the main purpose of this Mobile Task Force: protect the integrity of the Foundation in security, maintenance, health and confidentiality.
The World Peace Control Organization was founded in 1998, September 22, It is a branch made by a group of countries forming together to form an organization which is the NATO, The World Peace Control Organization is made to control and maintain the peace, In 1999 August 12, The World Peace Control Organization was given a task, Their task was to join the SCP Foundation for a certain reason, The governments wants them to join the SCP Foundation to study about anomalies that is being kept in the foundation to make their own anomaly and use it against Russia, They use the Class-Disposals privately for tests without the Ethics Committee Knowing a thing, And they had made an affairs to the Chaos Insurgency and Global Occult Coalition promising them 175 Million in return if the GOC and CI helps them, And in 2001 December 22, They disappeared in thin air.
ETA-5 Jäeger Bombers is a Heavy Elite Mobile Task Force rapid-response unit specializing in the tracking, capturing, and containment of Large-Scale Aggressors (entities over 30m in height). They're equipped with heavy and powerful equipement to contain those kind of SCPs such as SCP-682 or SCP-5391. Their role is crucial since they are one of the only heavy units to contain SCPs of those kinds. They are also a half secret Mobile Task Force unit that in some scenarios take direct orders from the O5 Council. This type of situation can occur when a Large-Scale Agressor that has the power to annihaliate the world breach's its containment. They are also incited in urgent situations such as RAIDs, or even RIOTs. But at the end they still stay the "Jäeger Bombers".
Mobile Task Force, "Resh-1," is currently assigned to RESEARCH SITE 45. Serving directly under The Administrator, all records of Resh-1 "Seat of Consciousness" have been destroyed with no trace with those exposing or uncovering related topics, have been terminated. In the Canadian Province, Resh-1 "Seat of Consciousness" is on-standby to protect visiting members from the Office of The Administrator on RESEARCH SITE 45. All operatives within Resh-1 "Seat of Consciousness" have gone through rigorous training to ensure operatives have what it takes to protect high-ranking personnel within the SCP Foundation.
MTF Xi-8, also known as “Last to Fall,” is tasked with the containment and neutralization of reality-warping threats, with a specific focus on combating the spread of Sarkicism and other unpredictable, high-risk anomalies. Their mission is to prevent catastrophic breaches that could destabilize global reality and bring about irreparable harm.
Charged with upholding on-site security, the Imperium of Mankind strives to enforce on-site regulations and procedures through combative means with trusted operatives. Dually, we perform investigations into heretical operatives found on-site through our Inquisition to find the "true identity" behind reported heretics. The results of our investigation determine the punishment best suited for those that dare go against the Foundation.
HOSTILE ADVERSARIES
We are the most skilled Chaos Insurgency out there. The Elite Insurgents. An Elite detachement, devoting ourselves to repel and oppose foundation forces, serving as the front-line for the most critical and high-risk operations. No site is impossible for us, we take the battle to the foundation directly, the only ones who can proudly proclaim victory over the Secure Contain Protect Foundation. Our primary goals are large-scale operations causing chaos within the foundation, restoring power and glory back to the Chaos Insurgency. Once your regular Chaos Insurgents fail, expect the Elite Insurgents to take over and deliver the death of the foundation.
